I believe in a wholefoods approach to good health and focusing on simple personalised lifestyle strategies that are effective, enjoyable and sustainable.

Hello, I’m Amanda Wright, a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Meditation Teacher and food Product Developer. I live in Knutsford in Cheshire. I’m a wife and mum, nature, yoga, swimming and travel enthusiast with a real passion for food and cooking.
There have been a few times in my life when I have not got the balance right and have burnt myself out through putting too much on my plate, and more recently being a first-time mum has taken real adjustments to get the balance right. Juggling life can be challenging. Having the opportunity to step back and assess what you are currently doing versus what you actually want, and then having the support to make the necessary changes can be life-changing.
It can feel daunting to know where to start, with my programmes I can support you on your own personal transformation into being your most healthful and happy self.
I have 3 core services that I provide:
1. Health Coaching Packages
1. Health Reboot - 3-month programme for those wanting to kickstart a new routine but need some initial support. Consists of:
- Initial health history
- 4 health coaching sessions every 2 weeks
- Pantry check (at home if local or virtual; a judgement-free promise, this exercise is purely to support positive dietary changes)
- Each session lasts 50 minutes
2. Health Transformation - 6-month health coaching programme, supporting you to reach your goals and establish new long-term routines that you are happy with. Consists of:
- Initial health history
- 10 health coaching sessions every 2 weeks
- Pantry check (at home if local or virtual; a judgement-free promise, this exercise is purely to support positive dietary changes)
- Each session lasts 50 minutes
3. Health Maintainer sessions - for those who have completed a programme but would like continued support on their health and wellness journey.
4. Kitchen Confidence - Looking more specifically at your diet goals and food habits. Working with you to build confidence to achieve your goals. Help with building a new repertoire of easy meal options that meet your needs.

3. Beginners Meditation
1 to 1 and group classes for those starting on their journey of discovering meditation who would like some guidance and to be shown a variety of techniques.

One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background. I use a personalised, holistic approach to ensure that you will have great success!
Primary Food™: It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfilment. It’s not just the food we eat, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these ‘primary foods’ are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.

"I was lucky to meet Amanda. She’s an incredibly warm, receptive listener who will start with general life questions, before digging a little deeper into certain aspects. Be it workloads, diet, or stresses. It feels very much like a conversation with a friend, rather than therapy, and so it’s easier to open up. There are the things you know deep down but need telling. i.e. I was working too much. But there is also a whole host of information Amanda can share regarding food, breathing exercises, balance and blueberries (of all things).
Even after our first session, I felt motivated. I was puffy faced and weighed 185 pounds. Amanda gave me some strategies and meal suggestions. Within 2 weeks I had returned to my average weight of 175lbs by making green, healthy delicious meals I actually enjoyed. This in turn made me want to exercise more, which in turn made handling the stresses of the day much easier.
Go to a doctor with a sore stomach, and he’ll tell you it’s likely acid reflux. Go to a physio and he’ll tell you you’ve sprained something. Go to a tailor and he’ll tell you your belt is too tight. Amanda listens and understands the whole 360 of your life, before offering suggestions to identify and eliminate the issue. I can’t recommend Amanda enough. I’ve tried with these words, but they don’t do it justice. A productive life needs a motivated mind, and a motivated mind needs a nutritious diet. Life is short. Make the most of it.
